Simple processing for seamless covering
The Döllken melamine edgebands allow seamless covering of narrow surfaces of wood based materials such as chipboard, MDF board, solid wood board and many other surfaces.
Döllken melamine edgebands are continuous single layer edgebands with finish surfaces, off rolls. Manufactured from lightfast special paper printed in plain colours and impregnated with duroplastic resins.
They may in principle be processed on all Softforming edgeband machines.
From July 2018 we will include our fast selling melamine edgebands in our Instant Edging Programme.
The classic types in grey, black and white are available in widths of 23 and 33 mm and 0.3 mm thick. You also have a choice of surfaces of either fine beaded texture or classical smooth.
We will, as usual, offer small quantities with hot melt adhesive to suit your needs (minimum 50 metres) or without hot melt adhesive for 100 m and up.
